New ECO Variety Cooking Show "Raw Organic Saving the Planet with Bryan Au" to Air on TV Nationally Fall 2007

Ten years ago Au was on Paradise Island in the Bahamas volunteering as a gourmet vegetarian chef at a Yoga Retreat, while there he met some Raw Organic Foodists who introduced him to Raw Organic Food and its amazing benefits.
