Once the system is fully connected, the installers will start, initialize, and test turning everything on and off, then ensure that you are receiving all the local, turnaround and premium channels you are paying for. They'll give you the manuals for the various pieces, and a tutorial in how to operate the basic system, the remote, and the add-ons like pay-per-view channels, answering any questions you might have along the way.
After that, you are all set up and ready to enjoy your brand new satellite television system!
