I have always wanted to watch television on my pc or notebook. In fact, several years ago I purchased a tv tuner that plugged into my laptop with a USB connector. It worked, although the picture wasn?t great. But, it was a large clumsy external device with its own transformer, and I also needed cable access to a tv signal source. Having a tv tuner didn't help, because I was still dependent on the television source available at the hotel.

I always thought it would be ideal if I could just plug in my laptop and watch whatever tv service and whatever channel I wanted whenever I felt like it. The internet seemed the only logical source for that kind of "access anywhere" data.

Well, I am delighted with my latest discovery! It looks like modern technology has finally come to the rescue. With the advent of high speed internet, improved computers, and the latest developments in software, it has now become possible to watch any TV you want on your pc or laptop anywhere in the world.

You can now buy "tv for pc" software which installs from the internet with a simple download onto your pc or laptop. It gives viewing access to at least 3000 channels worldwide, in almost any language. There are premium versions of the same software that will allow you to view over 4000 channels. It's hard to imagine that anyone would be unable to find what they are looking for with such a large selection.
